Favourites glitching

Hi I need some aid with an issue I’m having on TikTok and their “support” is being absolutely useless. Since about a week ago I’ve been unable to favourite any videos and it’s been displaying the same errors message every single time I try to (I’ll show the message as a screenshot) I’ve tried making reports to TikTok multiple times and they have given me the same crappy automated response every time that hasn’t worked at all and I’m not sure how to go about getting this resolved since they aren’t able to assist me evidently so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or methods I could try that might work.
This issue is only occurring on my main account and the rest of my alts are perfectly fine and work as normal so I’m not sure why it’s only occurring on there.
