How do you block/prevent Ads of AI NSFW slop

As the title is asking.THE RULES AREN'T LETTING ME POST THIS ISSUE FULLY? I am getting AI ads on every other swipe of inappropriate AI content. My FYP shows me normal stuff like current events, travel, and food, but every other ad has been coming out of left field and it seems like it is getting worse by the day. Am I the only one noticing this? How do I block it! Can it be blocked reported? Any suggestions? Thanks!
