I can't save/favourite videos

Whenever I try to save a video it doesn't show up in my collections or the general saved area. I've tried going through settings, reinstalling, using mobile data and nothing worked. Videos still show up in my watch history and liked videos they just won't save. Anyone else having this issue? Can I fix it?
