Upload quality

I recently switched from uploading short-form videos on YouTube to TikTok, but I can’t figure out why the quality drops so much after uploading. I record with OBS at 30fps/1080p and export using the same settings. I’ve tried all the TikTok and YouTube “fixes” I’ve come across, but nothing’s worked. Does anyone know how to solve this?
