Stuck at 200 views minimum ?

Hey everyone! Was wondering if anyone knows why I keep getting stuck at 200 views minimum for every video? I get so many followers but they seem like bots from foreign countries and my videos seem to pick up steam with one or two comments and then die. Any ideas?
