Uploading a copyrighted song

Was hoping someone might know what to do, I've made a 1:17min edit using the song 'Dirty Work' by Steely Dan and it automatically muted my audio for copyright so I tried to add it in on the TikTok approved audios but its only 1min and also doesnt start at the right place, what should I do?
