Looking for specific dental care tips video

I'm looking for a tiktok video and I can't find it anywhere. I went back in my watch history and I tried all sorts of search terms looking for her video. She was a white girl with black dyed hair and she was talking about how she hadn't been to the dentist in years and when she finally went they told her she had a bunch of cavities. At least ten I believe. They said she was going to need a ton of work so she got scared of going again. Instead she started doing dental care at home and I remember some of the tips but not all of them. She recommended oil pulling, and I believe she was the one who said she lets it sit there in her mouth and she swishes it around just until it gets lukewarm(I've watch a couple videos so I might be misremembering) and she recommended floss picks I believe? And also those sticks that you chew on to clean your teeth. Then she said she went back to the dentist and they said she basically had no issues. I'm dying to find the video again if anyone knows who posted it 😭😭
