What do I do??

Im sorry if this doesn’t belong in this reddit, but i’m genuinely stressed tf out. I appealed this with my id, it worked but i’m still unable to access my account. I’m stuck on a version of the app with no way of searching anything up, and my account is permanently privated. The support bot isn’t very good, I got in contact with a human, answered their questions, but they say they can’t find it. What do I do??
