Account with 900 followers , keep or create new ?

I have a TikTok account with 900 followers which has a content about cosplay, I'd like to change the type of content

Do I keep the same account and change the content + make it better with good bio etc...

Or create a new account ?

keep it. 900 followers is still momentum, just rebrand and slowly shift content. tiktok still pushes content based on the video itself more than follower count.
