Anyone know this person, possibly from tiktok? They were filming in Margate yesterday, 10/5. Looked like he was rapping. I'm guessing they were making a tiktok video.

Kinda difficult to tell without any visible faces in the picture, Mic Righteous is from Margate but none of them look like him.
