“Video unavailable” on almost every vid sm1 sends me.

(I haven’t found any info abt this on the internet)

I have an issue, where for some reason if my friends send me videos, when I try to open them it says ”Video unavailable“ on almost all of them. I have this issue only on one account, while on other ones everything works fine. Does anyone know what’s the reason and the solution to this?
