How do I get clips from YouTube to put into Studio for edits?

So I plan on making this edit for the one anniversary of my high school graduation featuring stuff that was important to me in my childhood but the problem is that I’ve never made an edit before in my life. The thing I’m asking is how to I insert clips from YouTube in TikTok studio so I can make them clips for the edit? Alternately if I can put clips from YouTube in studio edits then where can I make edits that is free because I don’t want to pay to make this edit.
