Blocked after buying subscription?

Hey all, hope this okay.
Subscribed to a creator I like and paid the few dollars per month for a renewing subscription. After about an hour I was blocked with no explanation. Account is still there when my friend looks them up.

Being that it was less than an hour from subscription to blocking, and I paid for the month already, is there anyway to get a refund? Seems like I got scammed more than anything 😕
