Tiktok COMPLETELY broken

Everyone needs to be sure to verify that their account hasn't been switched from a personal account to a business account. Both of my accounts as well as my boyfriend's have been changed and now they won't change back. I've been doing research into this issue, and many many others are having the same problem. Please make sure to check your account & if the issue is occurring to report a problem to tiktok. This has been going on over a month for some people and for this extremely rich company to ignore such a huge issue is just completely unacceptable!
