Remove AI Slop from Feed

Anyone know how I could remove those AI drama accounts from popping up on my feed? I keep blocking them but they never run out. There's also no option for not interested — it just makes me literally go on the video itself.

I've cleared cache, refreshed my feed, and even cleared any trace of them from my watch feed but I still get them after like 5 to 10 scrolls.
