Tiktok is glitched and thinks I have no internet?

For a few weeks now my tiktok has been acting like I have no internet. I turned my Internet off and used mobile data, that didn't work either. Videos show up but not images, so that's comments with pictures/stickers and slideshow posts. And since 99% of comments are just photos that's very annoying. The ONLY way to fix this is that I restart my entire phone, but it only works for a few minutes before it just stops. Like I have maybe a 3 minute window if I want to post anything before it's suddenly thinking I have no internet.
