Why is my tiktok account like this?

i’ve tried to make a few different tiktok accounts, but for some reason everytime they show up just like this. I don’t get an option to create an account with my email or phone number. My tiktok is also completely diffferent in general. My apple id age is over 18. I’ve had the account for a week now. My normal account is nothing like this, and when i search for this account on my main it doesn’t even show up. Please, i really want to start posting but i can’t do it on my main! 😭😭
