TikTok compresses my videos like crazy, what can I do?

For context I film on both the DJI osmo 3 (Aspect ratio 9:16, 1040, 30fps, h264) and my phone, and both end up looking blurry and plays like a 480p video

I ensure that I am on strong WiFi (my 3 minute video took 15 seconds to upload), I ensure that I allow high quality uploads, but the videos all end up looking horrible and I’m genuinely stumped! Does anyone have a workaround for this?
