“Every time someone joins my live”. Spam, algorithm blunders, or AI manipulation?

I don’t use or watch live content, and I block every creator who I see that does this kind of crap, but it still keeps appearing on my FYP.

Kind of makes me wonder if these people are real, or if it’s a conspiracy like AI bots from TikTok.
