UI/App overhaul???

I just tried to get on Tiktok again when I had a thing pop up reminding me about the ToS changes from January, got signed out and had to log back in again, only to end up in an app that looks completely different and doesn't function but is still tiktok. No matter what I do I can't watch any videos or post anything or even go back to the old version. Always has this not connected to the internet on 3/4 of the tabs, and profile is telling me my profile is private (it's not and never has been)
