I can't find a tiktok account, did they block me

Don't mean to be paranoid but I remember begging my friend to let me see her tiktoks. she gave in and gave me her Tiktok name. I searched it up but i was unable to find it. is it cuz she has no mutuals or did she block me?

i ended up giving her my tiktok name instead. maybe she asked for it to unblock me?
