I had a cyst on my cheek they had to do that to when I was about 25. Except my doctor used a traditional scalpel. The doctor assured me it wouldn't leave a scar. I'm 57. I still have the scar.

That was most likely a cyst and if they only drained it without removing the sac… it will be back.

I’ve had many of these over the decades and all of them were on my forehead. And it was usually a two day process to get rid of them. After the initial poke and squeeze, I’d wait till the next day to repeat. And I was always amazed that more came out than the first time! And that’s the time when the Neosporin and bandaids came out. Never left any permanent scars.
It is an oddly satisfying experience knowing that I healed myself and didn’t end up with the expense and inconvenience of going to a doctor…😌😌😌🕉️☯️☮️
