Random TikTok notification

Out of no where I started getting notifications for 9news Melbourne. I’m not following this account, it’s always a random video with few views. I have all TikTok notifications off except for streak notifications. So I blocked the account. I’m still receiving the notifications. But because the account is blocked when I tap the notification, nothing loads. I’m not sure what should I do next to stop these notifications. I wanna say it’s once a day or every two days and always around 8pm-11pm.
