Can someone explain this to me?

I received this lovely message a few days ago, I reported it immediately and 3 more times after, and TT came back each time and told me it didn’t violate any CGL, however, when I posted it in the comment section of a video talking about receiving these kinds of messages, the comment was taken down and I received this on my account. Why is it okay for people to message you this stuff, but not okay to call it out?

They probably prohibit sharing private messages like that. You probably would be fine if you just quoted the message and then put their name next to it

You cant post the dm they sent you but they can send it and you cant report it i dont get it
