why am I the only one who can see my comments? is this a bug?

in the pics show my comment section from my account and from my alt account. my friend said she can’t see my replies on my videos too, I don’t understand what’s happening. also, all my notifications from when people liked my comments are gone. like everything has disappeared. how do I fix this??
