Why does this happen and how can i fix/ improve it

I’ve been posting jrock guitar covers for around a year now. I started off strong and consistently got 1k views at the start and moved into 10k+ a few months in. But after that, around the time tiktok implemented the 5 hashtags only rule, my views drastically dropped and now i barely break 500 views despite having 990 follower. If anyone knows how to get through this please let me know.
