Tiktok appeal

Hey guys, it's been basically two wees since i uploaded this one video, and tiktok took it down saying it violated the rules. the video?? I'm showing a book fair it happened in my city. there are tons of videos similar to that one, but why did they took mine down?? they gave no explanation and the appeal is still on revision. is this normal to happen on tiktok??

this video is a re-upload of one similar i uploaded one day before, and it also got took down. i saw ppl saying to change the sound, text and even cuts but nothing worked.

can someone please explain this to me?? what can i do?? I'm really desperate bc i know tiktok keeps record of infringements and I'm scared it will affect my booktok account
