Can't comment photos?

I had a much better written post but the it was flagged for some reason I can't figure out so I'm trying to be very succinct in this question to genuinely get an answer:
I have a whole album in my camera roll of reaction photos, but when I go to comment, where the "photo" option usually is, now there's only a "stickers" option.
Is anyone else dealing with this? Is there something wrong with my account?
