Anyone know how to make your tiktok not get all blurry?

I tried a lot of things, but for some reason, i just can't get it to work, im trying to upload my tiktok without getting blurry or loosing quality or whatever, ive tried different encoders and all, but it just DOESN'T WORK, im trying to replicate this guy's quality, the first one is his, second one is mine, does anyone know exactly what and how to do it?
