Why cant i like and favorite videos?

i can do everything just fine except for liking and adding videos to my favorites. the videos dont show up anywhere and when i try to add a video to a favorite folder i get this messages. it has been this way since i created my account (long time ago) and tiktok doesnt do anything about it despite me reporting it multiple times. how do i fix this?

note: i have updated to the most recent version of tiktok. i also dont use this account because of this problem. also no suspicious activity or anything like that has ever been detected as i have checked this multiple times.
