Questions about age restrictions

I got age restricted on my main but it’s ok because I was gonna make another account anyway so I have three questions, is it possible that in the future TikTok will age restrict every account connected to one that’s already age restricted, is there a time limit to appealing an age restriction and if I appeal it via ID will I have everything as I would by credit card?
