Has anyone used TokPortal to target the U.S? What was your experience?

I want to make organic content to promote my App, but I live in Greece. I know how to make viral content, but it doesn't matter since I can't target the U.S from Greece.

Has anyone used TokPortal? If yes, what was your experience? Were your videos able to go viral or were there any problems?
