Auto-reject promotions and shadowbanning

Hi, i've been having a problem with my tiktok, the views suddengly dropped from 200+ minnimum to 2 per video, without my content changing at all (i shade sketches and art)
I have 2 open cases, it's been more than 2 months for the first one and there's no replies or changes
Even tried to promote my content to offset the problem but everything after the post i suspect was the incident they auto-reject.

I don't care if this subreddit is not for this, i'm out of options and i have no idea what to do.
