Videos not uploading?

Are anyone else’s videos not fully loading to upload? Since yesterday it’s been acting weird, one post took almost an hour of having my phone open to finish uploading. I’ve also been trying to post a haul and it stops at 70% max, at some point it booted to my drafts so I tried again today and same thing. Has anyone else experienced this and if you fixed it how!?!?
