account question

am posting to see if anybody has had a similar problem to me. a week ago there was a pop up on my acct that said account suspended. i have never done anything wrong on this app. i have no options to appeal it and it only lets me sign out or download my data. i’ve been going back and forth with support over email and submitted multiple things that they keep closing. they just keep sending me the same copy past response saying my account is active and to try logging in but i still can’t access it due to the pop up. people can still see it and interact with it but i can’t access it. is there any way to speak to a real person about this or if you’ve had a similar problem were you able to fix it?
