Reach punished after viral video?

I had my first video go viral (45k views, so baby viral), I have posted 3 videos after that one, one a day, and each one has gone up to 160 views and then stopped dead.

Does tiktok kill your reach once you have your first "success"? if so how long does it take to recover?
