good engagement no views

I downloaded TikTok first time a few days back. Couldn’t stand starting from zero so I did a promo on a few vids and they did very well like 25+% like rates. I’ve found a style which is getting good engagement, but I can’t get any views. Like yesterday I posted a video that got like 5’ likes 20 views right away, and now a day later it’s sitting at 15 likes 80 views. 80% retention rate and almost 20% like rate. But I just can’t get any views. Why??? I wanna just restart in a new account but I like the material I have.
