Keep trying to post and it won't let me

Hi, I work for a small game studio and I have been trying to post videos on tiktok for marketing. However, any time I post on both mobile and browser versions of tiktok the video doesn't actually post. It seems like it should, and then when I go to find it the video isn't there. On the phone version I saw it posted, but when I went to look at it later the video was gone. I am getting no warning, no notification, and there is nothing that says I shouldn't be able to post it. We had an old account for our company that we are removing, which maybe tiktok is banning me because it thinks I am impersonating the other account? I am not sure.
