Couldn't proceed due to security reasons bug

I randomly got logged out of my tiktok account it says Couldn't proceed due to security reasons every time I try to log back in I was able to log in on a browser and my friends can see my profile still so I know it's not a ban does anyone know how to fix this or why it happened
