Does TikTok pay anyone else nothing end of the month?

Question only to people in the creator program!

My RPM generally starts at .50-$1.50 beginning of the month… then last 10 days of the month not even a penny per thousand views 😭

Meaning I’ve had videos get 1M views end of the month, and have made a dollar. But the same video if I post it the 1st of the month, I’ll make $500-$1000.

Is this the same for most creators?
