My fyp is just messed up

I don't know about anyone else but recently my fyp has become awful.

No matter how many times I press not interested and immediately scroll I still get fed the worst videos I could ever see...it's like I'm on Instagram reels when they had that algorithm issue and the algorithm kept pushing awful violent videos.

It is genuinely making me feel so depressed.

I don't know why this is happening or how to make it stop but I want to know is anyone else having this issue?
