Not receiving activity notifications

So for the last week my activity centre has been completely blank. I am not receiving ANY notifications. I commented on quite a few videos earlier in the week and they all became ‘top comments’. I’d usually wake up to the 99+ notifications prompt, but now it’s blank. Also, any comments I now make are now “folded”.

I have tried every single troubleshooting method: logged out and in, cleared cache, reinstalled app, and restarted phone, all of which I’ve done plenty of times and have been of no use. I have contacted TikTok numerous times too and they’ve been of no use either. I’m just wondering if I got some kind of temporary ban or restriction?

Anyone now how to remedy this or how long it’ll take to normalise?
