switch from business to personal account

i have tried everything, literally everything, to switch my business tiktok account back to personal. the option to switch it used to be here, but now its not. ive tried contacting tiktok support, and they wont respond. i tried looking it up, and how to videos try directing me to a button in my settings that does not exist. what do i do?!
