Views getting stumped

Hello , i am encountering a problem , so i am from india and i am accessing Tiktok via a vpn and i am also posting content , when i post i instantly in 15 mins get about 70 likes and 600-800 views and then it all stops , barely any more views or likes , why is this happening is there any issue with the vpn or can anyone explain?
