Yeah that's how it is, more views eventually less %watchtime. 770 views is actually great. my few first videos got 700-1200 views as well but my watchtime on them is 15-30% (15-20s) with 15-20% like ratio. so you actually getting high amount of views. just keep going, and hope it wont drop to 0 like it does to many of us now.

also don't be down because it's just 3%. it means you made 23 strangers to watch you for full 40 seconds without scrolling in just one day. that's huge.
