my tiktok account has been suspended for the first time. i am not sure why it was suspended, or how long it will be suspended for, because unlike every other social media app, i have not received an email explaining my suspension. all i know is that it is a temporary suspension, thankfully. can anyone else who has been temporarily suspended on tiktok tell me how long this will last? thank you
I’m running into the same issue right now, I put in a support ticket because I couldn’t even login to appeal it from within my account and they got back to me and said my account was active and in good standing. But then I just tried logging in again and I got the exact same message again, the one u have in ur screenshot. So I think it’s a mass glitch across the app bc I’ve seen a few others have the same issue. I just emailed again, I really hope it gets fixed soon. But I think it’s more of a glitch than an actual suspended account

Same thing happened to me. I can login on the website but the app says I have a temporary ban due to community violations. Happened sometime overnight. Was able to appeal online but they said my account was fine. I was able to access it tonight for about an hour but I am now locked out again. So strange. I never post and have a private account. Hope that figure this out soon!
