Locked out of the app after temporarily deleting it off my phone

I’ve been trying to get back into my account after temporarily deleting it due to a bug in January. Since then, I’ve been stuck in a loop with the AI customer support.

Everything still shows up on my Welcome Back screen, and I still receive texts from TikTok. The issue is that whenever I try to log in or reset my password, TikTok says I am on an untrusted phone/computer.

I’ve submitted multiple claims and keep getting asked for the same information about when and where the account was created, what phone I used, and how I signed up. Every time I provide the information, I get another email asking for the same details again.

What's confusing is that TikTok clearly recognizes everything exists, but I can't get past the untrusted-phone/computer issue, and AI “support” keeps sending me in circles. I’m beginning to wonder if this is a bug, or if I’m missing something.

Has anyone ever successfully resolved something like this?
