Account flagged as under 16, despite being an adult.

i’m 22 by the way… the second picture is what i first saw. then it changed to the first picture… and now back to second. i’m insanely mad. i’ve had this account for years and have a decent following and have some super cool mutuals. i’d like to know if anyone has had this happen and what did you do to get your account back to normal. i’ve tried contacting support but it’s a stupid AI bot. i’ve tried putting in a report as well but idk if they’ll see it.

update: i validated my identity with my ID but it still has restrictions. this entire app is so annoying.
