Can you identify/find this creator?

Older guy, maybe late 40s, early 50s. Big, buff guy. White hair, maybe, I wanna say East Coast huge dude. Some videos are taken in the front seat of his car, but most of it is aiding homeless people, definitely a few regulars. Not the guy who takes them to rehab. Just a dude who gives aid.
