Im completely new to this - critique my page please

I started 2 days ago and for whatever reason I just have always enjoyed the idea of making talking head content. I think I have quite strange thoughts/opinions/sentences , enough to provoke a "wtf" or a chuckle, but seem to be stuck on 250ish views every video which clearly means I need to change some things. I think maybe volume/sound is one potential issue where I for some reason cant manage to replicate the volume/sound of other creators who dont appear to be using a mic. Im pretty sure i be talking quite loud. Also, maybe my hooks are dead or something.
